I don't offer one fixed arrangement, I fit the engagement to what your business actually needs right now:
Retainer (ongoing, part-time access to a General Counsel — a fixed number of days)

I have particular depth in financial services regulation AFSL, ACL, responsible managers' and directors' duties and responding to ASIC, AFCA and AUSTRAC investigations as well as MedTech-relevant compliance readiness (including preparing for standards such as ISO 27001), drawing on direct in-house experience in both sectors.
Legal Program Management
I combine General Counsel advice with legal program management and legal operations, turning regulatory change programs, contract remediation projects and legal process improvements into structured, delivered outcomes, for businesses in any industry.

I'm Elle Jones, a Melbourne-based General Counsel with 12+ years' post-admission experience across technology, fintech, healthcare and financial services, complemented by a decade of corporate program and transformation management experience prior to my legal career.
