About Elle Jones

I'm Elle Jones, founder of Essential Legal Solutions. I set up my practice in 2021 to give businesses access to proper General Counsel level advice, fractionally, by project, or adhoc without needing a full-time hire before they're ready for one.

I bring over 12 years' post-admission experience across industries, including healthcare and financial services, plus a decade of corporate program and transformation management before my legal career. My background includes General Counsel to a multi-jurisdictional regulated fintech, fractional General Counsel to a cardiovascular MedTech company and leading a major APRA regulatory change programs, alongside work with NAB, Vanguard Investments and global law firm DLA Piper.
